Scott is a partner at Proskauer Rose LLP in the Labor & Employment Law Department and is co-head of the Strategic Corporate Planning Group and a member of the Labor-Management Relations Group at Proskauer. He represents employers in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, work stoppages, labor injunction proceedings and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Scott has previously served as the BBF’s Treasurer. At the BBA, Scott has been a part of the Joint Finance Committee, the Fellows Committee, the Joint Planning Committee, the Law Day Steering Committee, the John & Abigail Adams Committee and a member of the Labor & Employment Section. Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Boston College Law School.
