Installment Payment Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility
Only members in good standing are eligible for installment payments. Some membership tiers may be excluded. - Payment Schedule
Annual dues are split into two equal payments. The first is charged at enrollment or renewal; the second is charged automatically approximately six months later. A reminder will be sent at least 30 days in advance of the second charge. - Authorization
By selecting the installment plan, members authorize the organization to charge the card on file for each installment. Members are responsible for keeping payment information up to date. - Commitment to Full Payment
Members agree to pay the full annual dues, even if they resign or stop using benefits before all installments are charged. - Default & Declined Payments
If a payment fails twice, membership may be suspended until payment is received. A $25 reinstatement fee may apply. - Refund Policy
Installment payments are generally non-refundable. - Changes to Payment Plan
Installment schedules cannot be changed or canceled without approval. - Renewal Options
Members may choose:- A one-year installment plan requiring manual renewal; or
- An automatically renewing installment plan.
Auto-renewing members will receive notice of upcoming charges at least 30 days in advance.
