The Business & Commercial Litigation Section brings practitioners together for dialogue and education around the wide range of issues in complex commercial and business disputes. The Section also hosts the popular BLS Year in Review, where members have the opportunity to meet the judges and familiarize themselves with the substance of significant recent cases.
Business Litigation Session Year in Review
This annual event, held each June, provides practitioners an opportunity to hear the justices of the Business Litigation Session of the Suffolk Superior Court, or BLS, discuss significant updates, trends and key case developments over the past year.
