Nancy is a partner at Hinckley Allen, where she represents financial institutions and other businesses with respect to regulatory compliance, operations, privacy, and data security matters.  At the Boston Bar, Nancy currently serves as a member of the BBF Board of Trustees and is a member of its Executive Committee, chair of its Grants Committee, and is also a member of the BBA/BBF Joint Finance Committee. Her past roles include serving on the BBA Council, the BBA Executive Committee, and the Joint Audit Committee and as Co-Chair of the Banking Committee from 2005 to 2009. She also served on the Diversity & Inclusion Section from 2010 to 2014 and is now a member of the BBF Society of Fellows. Nancy has been named a “Leader in Diversity” by the Boston Business Journal and has been recognized as one the Best Lawyers in America from 2010-2026 and as Lawyer of the Year in 2022 and 2024 for her work in Banking & Finance Law and Financial Services Regulation Law. Nancy is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers and is a member of the Women’s Network Advisory Board of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Leadership Council of Facing History and Ourselves National Foundation, Inc. Nancy is a graduate of Brandeis University and Boston College Law School.
