Emily Hodge is a Government Enforcement and Compliance Partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP, where she represents individuals and life sciences companies in government and internal investigations and also provides compliance advice to companies that are navigating a challenging and nuanced enforcement environment. Emily is a valued advisor in complex investigations. She is viewed by clients as a pragmatic thinker who applies her experience and knowledge to help them reduce their risk of enforcement actions. Committed to public service work, Emily chairs Choate’s collaboration with the Lawyers Clearinghouse, in which the firm conducts legal clinics at local homeless shelters. In June 2009, the Lawyers Clearinghouse awarded Emily its Pro Bono Award.  At the BBA, Emily participated in the Public Interest Leadership Program (PILP) from 2012-2013. She volunteered in the Law Day in the Schools Program, where she was featured in a story for WBUR. She is also a former member of the Reentry Committee Criminal Law Section Steering Committee, Death Penalty Working Group, and Annual Meeting Steering Committee. Emily is a graduate of Harvard University and Georgetown University Law Center.
