David is a partner at Rubin and Rudman LLP, in Boston. His practice is focused on representing and counseling clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, modification, and enforcement proceedings. David has appeared before trial courts across the Commonwealth, including the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. He regularly negotiates and drafts prenuptial, postnuptial and nonmarital agreements. David is a frequent lecturer and author on topics related to domestic relations law and trial practice.  He served as the Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the BBA, was a member of the 2020-2021 Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines Task Force, and a family law committee member of the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission. He was a founding member of the Greater Boston Family Law Inn of Court. David has been named by Boston Magazine as a Top Lawyer, listed in The Best Lawyers in America under Family Law, selected as a New England Rising Star, and awarded as an Up & Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
