Chris is an information and technology lawyer and litigator at Foley Hoag LLP. At the firm, he co-chairs the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Practice, and serves on both the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Hiring committees. At the BBA, Chris has been a past Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Section, and is currently a member of the Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Digital Law Section’s Steering Committee. He is also an alumnus of the BBA’s Public Interest Leadership Program, has served as a member of the Beacon Award Selection Committee, and regularly facilitates unconscious bias training for the BBA’s Practicing with Professionalism program. Beyond the BBA, Chris serves on the Board of YW Boston, on the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Region 1 (New England) Steering Committee, and on the Advisory Board of the Trustees of Reservation, where he is a member of the Diversity Task Force. Chris regularly teaches data privacy at Northeastern Law School. Chris is a graduate of Harvard University, St. John’s College, and Duke University School of Law.
