Carla Reeves is a Director at Goulston & Storrs, where she focuses her practice on employment counseling and litigation, and government and internal investigations. Carla advises employers of all sizes and varieties in compliance with employment laws impacting their businesses and operations. When disputes arise, she represents employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. In addition to her counseling and litigation practice, Carla conducts internal investigations, workplace training and cultural assessments, and represents clients in government investigations. Carla is a Board Member of Lawyers for Civil Rights, YouthBuild USA, and Boston Lawyers Group. She also maintains an active pro bono practice. Carla is Co-Chair of the BBA’s Women of Color Attorneys Leadership Forum and a member of the BBA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Section. She previously served as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Section, Co-Chair of the Employment Law Conference Advisory Committee, and as a member of the BBA’s Labor and Employment Section, the Business Litigation Section, and the Beacon Award Selection Committee. Carla also participated in the BBA’s Public Interest Leadership Program from 2017 through 2018. She is a graduate of Union College, and Boston College Law School.
