Mark is a partner at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, representing public and private growth companies in the life sciences, technology, and national defense sectors at every stage of their development. He is a founding partner of the firm’s Boston office and New England corporate practice. At the Boston Bar, Mark was a speaker at the Life Sciences Conference, was Chair/Co-Chair of the Veterans & Servicemembers Law Forum from 2019 to 2021, served on the John & Abigail Adams Benefit Steering Committee, and is now a member of the BBF Board of Trustees. A veteran of the Air Force, Mark served in the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. He retired as a colonel. Mark is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School.
