Matt is a partner at Robinson + Cole where he focuses on real estate disposition for public agencies, affordable housing finance, development, permitting, land use, and urban planning matters. He regularly represents public authorities and agencies, lenders, developers, nonprofit organizations, and commercial landlords and tenants. Matt serves as the Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Real Estate + Development Group. At the BBA, Matt has served as Co-Chair of the Real Estate Section, Co-Chair of the Section’s Public Service Committee, and Co-Chair of the Land Use and Development Committee. He has also previously served on several steering committees, including the Strategic Planning Committee, the Adams Benefit Steering Committee, and the Law Day Steering Committee. Matt received his undergraduate degree in Modern European History from Amherst College (B.A.)., holds a master’s degree in Regional Planning from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (M.R.P), and is a graduate of Boston College Law School (J.D.).
