Mandy Petrillo is the Assistant General Counsel at Fenway Sports Group Boston. She is responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including sponsorship and event agreements for the Red Sox, Fenway Sports Management, NESN and Boston Common Golf. In addition to her transactional responsibilities, she also manages the company’s intellectual property portfolio and related matters. Mandy joined the FSG legal team in February 2008 as a senior paralegal; she has also worked in a legal operations and counsel role prior to her current position. She is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association. At the BBA, Mandy is the former Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section, a member of the Women’s Leadership Forum, the In-House Lawyers Forum, and, formerly, of the Law Day Steering Committee. She is a graduate of Arizona State University, and Suffolk University Law School.
