Dave is a managing partner of Sullivan & Worcester’s Boston Office. His practice involves both transactional tax planning and representing taxpayers in disputes before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. He is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and is President of the Independent SALT Alliance. At the BBA, Dave is a current member of the BBA Council, a current member of the Law Firm Leadership Forum, a former member and former co-chair of the Tax Section, and a former member of the Education Committee. Dave is a graduate of the University of Virginia, the University of Michigan, Harvard Law School (JD), and Boston University School of Law (LLM).
