The energy sector is rapidly changing, bringing about complex legal and regulatory challenges, along with emerging opportunities. Join us on May 9th for the annual Energy Law Conference—connecting lawyers with cutting edge insights into some of the changes that are shaping the sale, use, and conservation of energy resources.

Keynote Speaker

Rebecca Tepper
Secretary, Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs
Secretary Tepper first joined the Office of Attorney General Maura Healey in 2015, first serving as Deputy Chief of EEB and Chief of AG Healey’s Energy and Telecommunications Division before being appointed Chief of the Energy and Environment Bureau. Today, Secretary Tepper oversees the Commonwealth’s six environmental, natural resource and energy regulatory agencies with Massachusetts being the first state in the nation to combine energy and environmental agencies under one Cabinet secretary.
