The Tax-Exempt Organizations Section provides a forum for practitioners interested in the law of nonprofit organizations. Monthly lunch meetings cover featured education topics and allow members to exchange information and ideas about practice issues and developments. The Section also initiates or participates in legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts, as appropriate.
