Overview

Practitioners join the Labor & Employment Law Section to share and expand their expertise in the areas of labor and employment, labor-management relations, and employment discrimination. The Section also focuses on practices and procedures before state and federal agencies relating to labor in all cases arising from an employer-employee relationship.

Employment Law Conference

The BBA Employment Law Conference provides in-house counsel and law firm practitioners with critical guidance on issues impacting employers and employees. Last year’s conference covered COVID vaccine mandate compliance, accommodation requests, addressing DEI issues and creating an inclusive workplace, understanding the various leave policies available to employees, and strategies for managing a remote workforce.
