The Boston Bar Association is pleased to announce that Wayfair’s legal department has joined as a sponsor organization, supporting the BBA’s mission to advance the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession, facilitate access to justice, serve the community at large, and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
Wayfair’s legal team is led by its General Counsel, Enrique Colbert, and its Associate General Counsel, Andrew Oliver. The team, which includes both core legal and compliance functions, is predominantly based in Boston with two team members supporting the EU legal function from Wayfair’s European headquarters in Berlin.
Lawyers at Wayfair are active participants in BBA professional development programs hosted by BBA Sections and the In-House Counsel Forum. Mike Licker, Head of Litigation and Investigations at Wayfair, is a Public Interest Leadership Program alum and current member of the BBA White-Collar Crime Section Steering Committee.
