McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton Joins Boston Bar as 75th Sponsor Firm

Press Release

McLane, Graf, Raulerson, & Middleton PA, a New Hampshire-based law firm with a total of 90 attorneys – 17 of whom practice solely in the firm’s Woburn, Massachusetts office – has become the Boston Bar Association‘s newest Sponsor Firm. Founded in 1919, the McLane Law Firm established three New Hampshire offices in Concord, Manchester, and Portsmouth before moving into Massachusetts in 2008 to better serve a developing New England client base.

“With a wide range of practice groups serving many different industries, McLane Law Firm is a welcome addition to our Sponsor Firm ranks,” said BBA President J.D. Smeallie. “We look forward to their involvement and participation in all that the Boston Bar Association has to offer.”

The firm’s focus on client service and personal attention, as well as its expansion into Woburn, has contributed to its rising reputation. McLane prides itself on its expertise in business, tax, employment, real estate, and intellectual property law as well as trust and estate matters. The TradeCenter office in Woburn provides a strategic space accessible both to Boston and New Hampshire, as well as an in-house conference center that frequently hosts seminars.

Additionally, McLane is dedicated to providing pro bono services for underprivileged members of the communities it serves. McLane’s Pro Bono Policy encourages its lawyers to perform at least 30 hours of pro bono service per year; most exceed that number. Collectively, the staff participates in 200 different community service and nonprofit organizations.

“Our firm’s tradition of maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity aligns with the BBA’s mission of advancing professional excellence,” said John Colucci, the firm’s Corporate Director. “We admire and support their work to improve the Greater Boston community, and we anticipate a great partnership.”
