The Boston Bar Association today announced that the Winter Edition of the Boston Bar Journal, the Association’s premiere quarterly publication, will be released on January 8, 2014. To open the New Year, the issue will offer something for everyone – from tips for the state practitioner to advice on SEC practice; and from warnings about reservations of rights in insurance cases to a celebration of the legal community’s response to the Marathon bombings.
