Article

The Boston Bar Association is pleased to welcome Haynes Boone as its newest sponsor firm, marking an exciting addition to the BBA’s community of leading legal institutions.

In January 2026, Haynes Boone launched its 20th office with the opening of a new Boston location at One Financial Center, expanding the firm’s footprint across the Northeast and reinforcing its commitment to serving clients in key financial and innovation hubs. The firm’s Boston office provides clients across the greater New England region with specialized services in investment management regulatory matters, complex business litigation and asset securitization. The outpost is led by Office Managing Partner Richard Kerr, whose practice focuses on investment management matters for registered investment companies, investment advisers, broker-dealers and digital asset market participants. He is joined by Partners Dan Rosenfeld, a seasoned trial lawyer representing clients in complex business disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration, and Donela Qirjazi, who advises clients on investment management and regulatory counseling. The Boston team also includes Litigation Partner Lauren Coppola and Asset Securitization Counsel David Sagalyn. Haynes Boone serves clients across a broad range of industries, including investment management, private funds, finance, technology, healthcare and other growth sectors central to the New England economy. The firm’s strategic expansion into Boston reflects both the strength of the region’s business community and the firm’s long-term investment in it.

“We are proud to become a sponsor firm of the Boston Bar Association,” said Kerr. “As we establish and grow our presence in Boston, we are committed to engaging with and supporting the local legal community. The BBA plays a vital role in advancing professional excellence, fostering mentorship and strengthening the rule of law, and we look forward to contributing to that mission.” Since the beginning of 2025, Haynes Boone has welcomed more than 30 lateral partners firmwide, strengthening its capabilities in investment management, capital markets, private credit, M&A, intellectual property and litigation, among other areas.
