A Practical Guide to Estate Administration

This brown bag lunch presentation will provide an overview of estate administration topics in Massachusetts. The target member of the audience is the practitioner who wants a practical and fundamental review of Massachusetts estate administration. The speakers will focus on estate administration under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code, administration of non-probate assets, trust administration, estate taxes, income taxes, and disclaimer planning.
