Practicing with Professionalism

As a newly admitted attorney, you have the choice of providers for your mandatory Practicing with Professionalism course. We work in conjunction with a diverse group of bar association partners to not only provide the information you need to fulfill this requirement, but to connect you to our membership of attorneys from all backgrounds and practice areas and introduce you to our hundreds of free educational programs, networking events and community service opportunities. Our program faculty includes respected members of the judiciary, attorneys from firms of all sizes, government offices, and legal services organizations.

Upcoming Programs

This program is offered exclusively to new attorneys admitted to the Massachusetts Bar by examination or by rule on or after September 1, 2013. In accordance with Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:16, these attorneys must attend a half-day, in-person mandatory Practicing with Professionalism Course within 18 months of admission.
