Join us for the BBA's Higher Education Legal Conference, returning to an
in-person format on April 28th. This annual conference brings together college
and university in-house legal departments, adminstrators, and firm practitioners
to dicuss the complex legal neeeds of higher education instiutions in
the changing world.
The 2022 agenda will cover emerging trends and challenges facing in-house and
outside counsel for colleges and universities today- including new global
privacy regulations, campus and donor activity related to DEI initiatives on
campus, legal implications of industry collaborations, COVID accomodations,
staffing challenges, and more.
