BBA Webinar: A Conversation with Werten Bellamy: Coaching Associates of Color During the COVID-19 Crisis: Lessons Learned and the Path Forward

Wednesday, November 3, 2021 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

The BBA presents live webinars and virtual events via Zoom. Please register for this program through your BBA account at least two hours before the start time of the program to receive the Zoom webinar link.

Werten Bellamy, the President of Stakeholders, Inc., a company founded in 2006 that provides training resources directed to the active career management needs of corporations and service firms, has released his latest article Coaching Associates of Color During the COVID-19 Crisis: Lessons Learned and the Path Forward. He will share his observations gained from coaching and training a large cohort of associates of color during the pandemic. Participants will learn recommendations for addressing the needs of associates in the hybrid work setting, and how partners can effectively mentor and develop associates in this new work environment.

Join us for a fireside chat discussion, followed by an audience Q&A.  This program is open for all – law students, new lawyers and associates are encouraged to join to hear tips on how to succeed, and partners and those with influence in their legal offices will learn tips on how to build strong relationships with new lawyers.

This program is supported by the Boston Bar Foundation Beacon Fund for Diversity & Inclusion. The Beacon Fund was established by EMC Corporation in 2016 and is dedicated to supporting the diversity, equity and inclusion projects of the Boston Bar Association.  For more information on the BBF or this fund, please contact Erica Southerland at
