BBA Webinar: COVID-19 on Campus - What's Next?, LIVE ONLY

The BBA presents live webinars and virtual events via Zoom. Please register for this program through your BBA account at least two hours before the start time of the program to receive the Zoom webinar link.

Learn more about recent legal developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic on campus, including litigation regarding vaccination mandates and exemptions. Panelists will also discuss emerging issues related to request for access to data from surveillance testing for research purposes. The session will highlight what’s ahead in campus health and safety best practices, including booster shots, sunsetting of testing programs, flu shot mandates, and planning for the winter break and spring term.
