BBA Webinar: Working Remotely - The Solo and Small Firm Office During and After COVID-19

The BBA presents live webinars and virtual events via Zoom. Please register for this program through your BBA account at least two hours before the start time of the program to receive the Zoom webinar link.

This program is designed to familiarize solo and small firm practitioners with the during and post-COVID “new normal” of working remotely and the challenges (practical and ethical) of the remote law office.  Topics include: 

  • technology for working remotely; 
  • cloud storage; 
  • security and protecting confidential information in the remote world; 
  • outsourcing of work; 
  • dealing with online negative client reviews; 
  • getting paid when working remotely; 
  • disaster planning and succession planning; 
  • remote oaths and remote testimony; 
  • and remote execution of documents.

Non-Member - $100.00


Accreditation: This program is accredited through Rhode Island and eligible for 120 minutes of ethics credit.
