BBA Webinar: Special Needs Planning Tools: Trusts, ABLE accounts and Other Planning Considerations

The BBA presents live webinars and virtual events via Zoom. Please register for this program through your BBA account at least two hours before the start time of the program to receive the Zoom webinar link. 

Our expert panelists will compare and contrast the various tools available to estate planners with respect to special needs planning. Discussion will include a comparison of individual and pooled trusts, first party and third party trusts, and newer tools such as ABLE accounts. Attendees will be provided a summary chart handout at
the end of the presentation.
