The BBA presents live webinars and virtual events via Zoom. Please register for this program through your BBA account at least two hours before the start time of the program to receive the Zoom webinar link.

Stories related to online content moderation from major platforms like Facebook and Twitter have dominated the headlines in the lead-up to the 2020 Election. Don't miss this opportunity to hear from attorneys who represent public interest organizations and online platforms about recent efforts to change the law of online content moderation. You will learn about the legal protections afforded to online platforms that choose to flag, delete, or fact-check false or otherwise objectionable content. You’ll also hear about the responses of Pres. Trump and members of Congress to content moderation, including a recent executive order and proposed legislation, and their impact on voter protection groups.
