Five months into the COVID-19 pandemic, litigation-by-Zoom has become a reality. Hear from a Superior Court judge and lawyers who have litigated-by-Zoom at hearings, appellate arguments, and trials about what’s working and what’s not. If you have not yet had your first Zoom hearing or trial, this program is a must! If you’ve already done a few Zoom hearings, learn how others have handled issues that have come up in their Zoom courtrooms.
