On-Line

Description:

The BBA presents live webinars via Zoom. Access to this program is free, included as part of your member benefit. Please register through your BBA account at least two hours before the start of the program to receive the Zoom webinar link. The link will be emailed to registrants on a rolling basis beginning 72 hours before the start of the program. If you have not received a link within one-hour of the program start, please email the BBA contact listed below.

During a time of unprecedented uncertainty arising from ongoing public health and economic crises, businesses and organizations are facing a wave of class action litigation arising from a variety of circumstances beyond their control: business disruptions, campus closures, workplace outbreaks, stock price drops, and event cancellations. This program will provide an overview of these recently filed consumer, investor, and employee class actions, covering key developments and trends.

BBA Webinars are supported by the Joan B. DiCola Fund. The fund was founded in 2015 in memory of Joan B. DiCola to support the programs and initiatives that foster the education and professional development of lawyers and law students.
