This expert panel will discuss divorce cases that involve complex assets, including closely-held businesses, private equities and hedge funds, as well as sophisticated income components such as restricted stock and other equity compensation.  Attendees will gain valuable insight as to valuation issues as well as options for dividing assets and structuring spousal and/or child support, including consideration of tax consequences.  There will be a particular focus on the unique challenges and opportunities presented by COVID-19 for complicated financial cases that may already be in the litigation process and have experienced COVID-related delays.
