The BBA’s first Virtual Higher Education Legal Conference will bring together
college and university in-house legal departments, administrators, and firm
practitioners to discuss the complex legal needs of higher education
institutions in a changing world in a unique virtual format.
Panels will feature crisis preparation in higher education institutions, a
discussion of the new Title IX regulations and their implications, perspectives
from several of the top New England higher education regulators.
