The COVID-19 pandemic has brought on new challenges for attorneys and the
practice of law on a range of matters, from attorney-client confidentiality,
communicating effectively while working remotely, and abiding by existing
ethical responsibilities. The BBA Ethics Committee reflected on these
challenges and put together a set of guidelines meant to help Massachusetts
attorneys navigate the new legal landscape. Join the co-chairs of the Committee
for a discussion on their recently published Ethics Committee Advisory. In this
webinar, the authors of the Advisory will discuss the guidelines, offer tips for
practicing ethically during this time, and answer questions from attendees.
BBA Webinars are supported by the Joan B. DiCola Fund.
The fund was founded in 2015 in memory of Joan B. DiCola to support the programs
and initiatives that foster the education and professional development of
lawyers and law students. To support this fund contact Erica Southerland
