BBA Webinar: Governing Massachusetts Nonprofits Remotely During the COVID-19 Crisis

The BBA presents live webinars via Zoom. Access to this program is free, included as part of your member benefit. A new emergency law, Section 16 of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020, gives Massachusetts nonprofits temporary additional flexibility in holding board and members’ meetings and taking other governance actions during the COVID-19 crisis. Learn about these new options, find out what steps are required to take advantage of them and participate in a practical discussion on remote meetings, member proxies, appointing directors and officers, and more.
