BBA Webinar: Practical Mindfulness During Extraordinary Times

The BBA presents live webinars via Zoom. Access to this program is free, included as part of your member benefit. Please register for this program through your BBA account to receive the Zoom webinar link.  In order to receive the Zoom webinar link, you must register at least two hours before the start time of the program.

In a time when stress management and self-care is especially critical, join us for a program focused on the specific benefits that attorneys and law students can get from a mindfulness practice. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of mindfulness and several quick and practical tools for gaining the benefits of mindfulness in their daily lives.
