As COVID-19 has exploded into a worldwide pandemic, the federal government and various state governments have taken unprecedented action to respond to the risks to the public health as well as the economic damage caused by the virus and the efforts in place to combat it.  Many of these measures impose new requirements on Massachusetts employers.  Led by three experienced employment attorneys, our webinar will explore these recent efforts, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act signed into law by President Trump, focusing on what employers need to do to comply with these new requirements, and how employees can take effective advantage of them.
