Chief Judge Christopher J. Panos of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and William K. Harrington, the United States Trustee for Region I, will provide an engaging and informative program during which you will learn about the new Subchapter V of Chapter 11, which significantly changes the landscape for small business chapter 11 debtors. The new law takes effect on February 19, 2020.  Learn how new Subchapter V could help (or hurt) your small business clients.

This is a free program to be held in the Library on the 12th floor of the John McCormack Post Office Court House, 5 Post Office Square, Boston, Massachusetts.  Free lunch will be served.  Please RSVP by February 4, 2020 so that there will be enough food for all attendees.
