Social media is changing the way we try cases—or certainly should be. This program explores how white-collar criminal and civil practitioners can use social media during jury selection as well as at (and after) trial to uncover juror misconduct and will highlight the discussion using recent case examples. Learn more about the important ethical considerations in researching jurors’ social media and hear from a digital forensic expert, Steven Verronneau, about the newest tools and resources for locating and preserving social media information.
