Description:

Intro to Federal Criminal Enforcement offers an AUSA’s perspective on white-collar federal prosecution in Boston. It will cover the basics from start to finish of a white-collar criminal prosecution. Topics will include: How are cases brought? What cases are “worthy” of federal prosecution? What charges can/should be brought? Will there be a trial? What to expect at trial/ And finally, sentencing and appeal.
