LAR Practical Skills: Ethical Considerations

Wednesday, December 2, 2015 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Boston Bar Association - 16 Beacon Street, Boston, MA

Description:

Are you complying with the Standing Order to practice Limited Assistance Representation (LAR)? Do you know what are your duties to your client, the opposing party, and the Court? As Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) becomes more widely practiced in the five approved courts, a number of ethical questions arise. This program will feature a lively discussion about the ethical considerations attorneys must be aware of before taking on an LAR client.

This program is eligible for 1.5 hours of ethics credits.
