Appeal Issues and Equitable Mootness Revisited - An analysis of the First Circuit law on key appeal issues, including a focus on the Equitable Mootness doctrine in light of the Third Circuit’s decision in In re Revel AC, Inc., 805 F.3d 558 (3rd Cir. 2015) and the finality of orders on appeal.
