The BBA presents two expert panels discussing the most recent developments in ERISA fiduciary guidance.  The first panel will feature a discussion of the Department of Labor's recently re-proposed regulations defining fiduciary advice and how the regulations, if finalized in their current form, will impact your clients and the retirement and investment advisor industry.  The second panel will focus on real-world developments related to fee disclosure, focusing on recent audit initiatives, an update on the latest litigation involving plan fees and a discussion of how retirement plan fee structures have evolved.
