Recently appointed heads of the Security and Exchange Commission's Boston Regional Office and the US Attorney's Office Economic Crimes Unit provide their thoughts on the new level of cooperation between the USAO and the SEC, enforcement, and new initiatives.

Our second panel will feature trial counsel from high-profile insider trading trials and investigations.  This examination will include the Mark Cuban trial, the Mathew Martoma trial, and strategies for preparing for and going to trial in insider trading cases.
