Will is a partner at Schwartz Hannum PC, representing employers, non-profit organizations, independent schools, colleges and universities in a broad range of labor, employment, and education matters. Prior to joining Schwartz Hannum, Will was an associate in the Labor and Employment Law Section in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. At the BBA, Will has been an active member of the Labor & Employment Law Section for several years and was Co-Chair from 2013 to 2015. In the past, he has served on the BBA Nominating Committee, the Fellows Committee, and as Co-Chair of the John & Abigail Adams Steering Committee. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Sconset Trust, and a former Board Secretary and Executive Committee Member of the Nantucket Atheneum. Since 2012, Will has been recognized by Chambers USA as a leading attorney in Labor and Employment Law, and is a former BTI Client Service All-Star MVP. He is AV®Preeminent™ Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings and holds a 5.0 out of 5.0 rating. Will is a graduate of Amherst College and the University of Virginia Law School. He also holds a master’s degree in English from Rutgers University.
