Shiva is a director at McLane Middleton, PA and the Managing Director of the firm’s Boston office. She focuses her practice on business immigration law. Currently, Shiva serves on the BBA Amicus Committee. She previously served as Co-Chair of the BBA’s Immigration Law Section, a member of the BBA Immigration Working Group, Co-Chair of the Beacon Award Steering Committee, as well as Co-Chair of the former Immigration Law Committee when it was part of the International Law Section. Outside of the BBA, Shiva serves as a board member of the Lawyer’s Weekly Editorial Board. She has also served as a member of the Suffolk University Law School Alumni Board. Within her firm, she serves as Vice Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Shiva has been honored as a “Top Woman of Law” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, as well as Super Lawyers Rising Stars by Boston Magazine. Shiva is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law and Northeastern University.
