Martha is a tax lawyer at Goulston & Storrs who focuses on federal and state tax planning for businesses and individuals relating to business formations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and partnership formations. She also represents tax exempt and charitable organizations including educational institutions, health care organizations, academic medical centers, foundations and other non-profit and tax-exempt organizations. Martha is a former member of the BBA Council, and a former Co-Chair of the Tax-Exempt Organization Section. She is a member of the Joint Finance Committee.
