Martha is a Director at Goulston & Storrs PC. Her focus is tax law, and she advises clients on federal and state tax planning relating to business formations, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and partnership formations, including venture capital and real estate joint ventures. She also represents tax-exempt and charitable organizations. At the Boston Bar, Martha was Chair/Co-Chair of the Tax-Exempt Organizations Section from 2010 to 2012 and served on the Council from 2017 to 2020. She now serves on the BBF Board of Trustees. Martha is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
