Mandie LeBeau is the Assistant Dean for Career Development & Public Service at Boston University School of Law. She joined the University in the summer of 2020. Assistant Dean LeBeau has more than fifteen years of experience as a career development professional specializing in the legal industry. Prior to joining the University, she managed the Career Services Office at New England Law | Boston where she developed and maintained relations with employers, advised students and alumni on their careers, and taught The Lawyering Experience, a professional development course for first-year students. Assistant Dean LeBeau also served as president of Pardon Me Inc., a business etiquette consulting firm teaching students and executives how to present themselves professionally in the workplace. At the BBA, she has served as the co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Section Subcommittee for Pipeline and Recruitment, and more recently as co-chair for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Standing Committee. Outside of the BBA, she served on the Data Policy and Collection Committee for the Council of the American Bar Association Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar. A former president of the Massachusetts Association of Legal Recruiters, she served as the northeast regional coordinator for the National Association for Law Placement. She is a graduate of Spelman College and Suffolk University Law School.
