John is the Senior Legal Counsel, Transactions at the Massachusetts Port Authority, where he specializes in real estate and public finance matters. At the Boston Bar, John was the Co-Chair of the Real Estate Section and has previously served as Co-Chair of the Leasing Committee. He is a BBA Council member and a member of the Joint Audit Committee. He is a former Co-Chair of the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association and has been honored by them with the Kevin Larkin Memorial Award for Public Service. John is also a member of the Fenway Health Board of Visitors and is a former member of the National Board of Governors for the Human Rights Campaign. He previously worked for the Economic Development & Industrial Corporation of Boston and the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development and the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services. 

John is a veteran and a graduate of Rutgers University and Boston College Law School.
