James Parker is the General Counsel for the Boston Celtics. In that capacity, he advises the team on matters related to arena and facilities, legislation, corporate partnerships, ticketing, media rights, marketing, employment, and general business matters. Previously, James was a member of Goodwin Procter’s private equity group, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions for private equity clients. Prior to that, James was Vice President & Counsel for Wilshire Associates, and began his legal career at Bingham McCutchen.
