Frank is a Partner at Verrill Dana LLP, where he specializes in commercial real estate and finance transactions. Previously he was the Managing Director of Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, P.C.  Frank is a member of the BBA Executive Committee and has served as a member of the BBA Council, Co-Chair of the BBA Real Estate Section and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Finance Committee. Beyond the BBA, he is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and a member of the Abstract Club. He has been active in other professional and charitable organizations, including serving on the Government Affairs Committee of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). He is also a frequent contributor to industry trade journals on commercial real estate. Frank is a graduate of Tufts University and Boston College Law School.
