Eugene H. Ho is a partner at Verrill Dana, LLP, where he co-chairs the firm’s Business Law Group. Eugene focuses his practices on corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies. Eugene frequently serves as outside general counsel for businesses in a wide variety of industries, including technology, software, telecommunications, manufacturing, and healthcare. He also advises start-ups and entrepreneurs on entity formation matters, founder issues, and business planning and strategy. At the BBA, Eugene has served as Co-Chair of the Business Transactions Section, a member of the Beacon Awards Selection Committee and Co-Chair of the Recently Elected Partners Forum. Beyond the BBA, Eugene is Treasurer and a Board Member of Asian Community Development Corporation, and Treasurer and a Board Trustee of the Harry H. Dow Memorial Legal Assistance Fund. He is also a Past President and Board Member of the Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts. Eugene is a graduate of Amherst College and American University, Washington College of Law.
